Who knew Chris Stewart wrote political thrillers! It is refreshing to find one without the sex and swearing and graphic violence of Vince Flynn. In this story someone steals a super capable, even unstoppable, American jet as it is being rolled out for its first international demonstration. One of the test pilots has to help them find it. This story includes a beautiful woman, foreign intrigue, attempts to kill main players, secret combinations, and so many plot twists you wonder if you've done a somersault! I kept thinking I was almost done, but the story went on and on. Even when I thought I only had one more chapter to read, there were three more!
At the end when we see all the players, they tell us the moral of the story. America must be careful that it is not manipulated and distracted while other powers build themselves into a superpower.
